Description

Many people don't know this but during the fifties and sixties, the movies (usually running 70 to 75 minutes in length) were edited down to 54 minutes for television airings. Over the years, the uncut prints of Roy Rogers movies were misplaced and many possibly destroyed. Fans today buy the films unaware that they are severely edited and who wants to have edited versions of the movies on their shelves? We went to great lengths to acquire every Roy Rogers movie known to exist in the complete length. So what you find in these box sets are the UNCUT versions and full running times. If you planned to collect Roy Rogers or want to upgrade, these films have been transferred from masters to ensure the best quality and again... UNCUT!  This eight disc set contains the following movies: Pals of the Golden West (1951), In Old Amarillo (1951), Apache Rose (1947), South of Caliente (1951), Bells of Rosarita (1945), Under Nevada Skies (1946), Bells of San Angelo (1947), On the Old Spanish Trail (1947), Home in Oklahoma (1946), Bells of Coronado (1950), Roll On, Texas Moon (1946), Lights of Old Santa Fe (1944), Song of Arizona (1946), Song of Nevada (1944), Don't Fence Me In (1945) and Rainbow Over Texas (1946).
